!KeyMap is a smart front-end to Richard Spencers Desktop Keyboad Module, which essentially is a programmable keyboard driver, for both Latin and Unicode fonts.
 
17 Drivers are already provided. However, so far only 2 programs accept Unicode input: !Dict, (also available on this site), and !NetSurf. For the latter, *Alphabet needs to be set to UTF8.
